Salt Cybersecurity products have been supporting some of the UK’s largest banks for over a decade with Safetronic at the core of the UK payments system security since the inception of Bacstel IP in 2002.

Richard Parris
Richard is CEO of Salt Cybersecurity. Richard is passionate about building great companies, developing people and creating value. Richard is a successful Chairman and CEO, with a track record of leading innovation, business development and fundraising. A proven entrepreneur, Richard founded the Intercede Group, an UK/US cybersecurity software company, in 1992 and IPO’d the business on the London Stock Exchange in 2001.
Alastair Taylor
Alastair has over 30 years’ experience building solutions to secure critical infrastructure, applications and services. Prior to joining Salt Group, Alastair held key Solution Architect roles in Thales e-Security, specialising in PKI, authentication, cryptography, payments, blockchain, smartcards, tokens and cloud cryptography/BYOK. Alastair is a Hardware Security Module (HSM) specialist (nShield, payShield, Luna).
Catherine Schmidt
Catherine leads Salt Cybersecurity’s UK and European business development and sales team. Previously, Catherine worked as EMEA Sales Development Manager with Thales where she focused on Data Protection and Identity & Access Management. A native of Berlin, Catherine graduated in international business from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. As a native German speaker, she is actively spearheading Salt’s expansion into Europe.
Dariusz Paziuk
Dariusz has over 20 years’ experience supporting technology solutions for customers across the globe. At Salt, Dariusz manages our global customer support services supporting customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Customer support is delivered through local UK-based engineers that are backed by Salt Group’s global support team in Australia where Dariusz also leads Salt’s product development activities.
